Featuring Entertainment Weekly's Geoff Boucher!
April 30 - May 6, 2013 at the Egyptian Theatre
Entertainment Weekly will launch the Entertainment Weekly CapeTown Film Festival in conjunction with American Cinematheque. The festival will make its super-heroic debut with a six-day event from Tuesday, April 30th through Monday, May 6th at the Egyptian Theatre. The EW CapeTown Film Festival will give sci-fi, super-hero and fantasy fans the opportunity to see their favorite films return to the big screen alongside rare live Q&A sessions with their filmmakers - and a surprise or two.
American Cinematheque Members will have the exclusive first opportunity to purchase tickets in person at the Egyptian Theatre Box Office this Saturday, April 6 between noon and 5:00 PM or on the Members-only ticket line at 323.692-3431 during the same hours.
Members: If you are buying tickets in person to multiple programs, it would be helpful if you print out a ticket form and fill it out before you get to the Egyptian Box Office. Individual/Student/Senior level members may buy up to 2 tickets in advance to each screening. Dual level members and above may purchase up to 4 tickets. Bring your Membership card, or we will look you up on our master list to verify Membership.
